• With the Video Package, 24/7 video recording capability is included at no additional cost (when cameras are installed)
• Professional installation is included at no extra charge for installs

24/7 Safety Monitoring

• 24/7 monitored protection for intrusion, fire, smoke, carbon monoxide, and water detection events
• Our monitoring center attempts immediate contact via your phone, text, and/or email upon alarm trigger
• If no response is received within approximately 20 seconds, emergency dispatch protocols will be initiated based on verified alarm signals
• False alarm protection applies when events are confirmed as verified signals under monitoring procedures, and customers are not penalized for emergency response in those cases

System Reliability

• System remains functional for local arm/disarm even if WiFi is unavailable or the power is out
• Core security functions remain active during internet outages

User Access & Controls

• Multi-user system access with admin controls
• Admin can create, assign, and revoke user access codes at any time
• Each user code is tracked for arm/disarm activity history
• Temporary and scheduled access codes supported (e.g., sitters, guests, contractors)
• Time-restricted access windows are available for added control

Activity & Camera Integration

• Event snapshots captured at system arm/disarm events (when supported devices are installed)
• Live and recorded camera viewing available via app and touchscreen panel (when cameras are installed)
